About the Owner

In 2006, Deric C. Mayhugh founded Rock Hill Builders.  Growing up in Nokesville, Virginia since 1979, Deric began his construction career as a carpenter in 1993 with a custom home builder, constructing homes until 1996.   After owning a successful business brokerage firm in the interim, Deric was compelled to get back to what he enjoyed most, which gave birth to Rock Hill Builders. He still constructs each job with a hands on approach.  Deric has made Catlett, Virginia his home and is blessed with a wife of 18 years and two wonderful children.
